Q. Your ingredient list seems like it is missing something?

A. The ingredient list is correct. We us a small number of recognizable ingredients because our philosophy is that only ingredients that are actually good for your skin should go into the product.

Q. The cream leaves me feeling greasy, is that normal?

A. Our creams are VERY concentrated. The products have no fillers or binders so they are very concentrated. Every ingredient has a beneficial effect on the skin. We find that many times when someone finds the creams greasy, it may be due to over application. We recommend you start out using a tiny amount and then increase from there. The more you apply, the longer it will take to absorb. A little goes a long way with our creams.

Q. My cream appears to have oil separating in it?

A. There may be some separation in the Rejuvenating Face & Eye Creams and the Body Creams from time to time because no emulsifiers or stabilizers are used. If separation occurs, stir the product with a tiny spatula or coffee stirrer or simply shake the jar.

Q. How should I apply the cream?

A. It is best to either use an applicator or clean hands when getting product from the jar. This will keep the product in a fresh condition longer.

Q. What is the difference between the Rejuvenating Face and Eye Cream the Night Cream and the Body Cream?

A. All of the creams have the same base of Purified Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Hawaiian Beeswax with Pollen & Propolis, and Raw Honey.

The main differences between the creams is the mix ratio of the above ingredients, the different essential oils and the different application uses on the body.

For instance, the Night Cream will have more beeswax which will make it a thicker cream, because it should be applied to the face at night and will have good staying power.  The Night Cream's essential oils are Geranium and Lemon which should be a soothing combination that should go hand in hand with bedtime.

For the Body Cream, the consistency is slightly thicker than the Rejuvenating Cream, but much less thick than the Night and comes in a larger container because it is meant for use on the entire body. The essential oils that are in the Body cream are Patchouli, Clove, Fir Balsom Needle, Lavender and Peppermint so it provides a pleasant "spicy" aroma.
